Why is it that when the likes of many of us don’t like something, we have to deal with it or don’t watch/participate?

What if Trump told all of the schools that if anyone opposes this kind of stuff and sue he will make sure that no negative outcome to that school or individuals will occur. (He has a pen soon.)
Mine have been out of school for 5 years. Twice a year, I’d have to stand up to the idiocy. All it took was a phone call or two to the principal, the school board, a local business or some town big shot for stupid new school rulings were ditched within a few minutes. Five minutes of my time twice a year and won all battles but one. Stand up for the kids or be part of the problem.
