Though I do know we’ve never seen The Kenyan’s birth certificate (the Certificate of Live Birth he produced doesn’t have the validity of an actual birth certificate), but I can’t imagine how Sheriff Joe could come up with new info at this late date. Kenya would be highly unlikely to release the real birth certificate; they’ve been well paid (and threatened) not to.
The Kenya angle has occurred to me as well.Having spent some time in Kenya I think I've learned at least a tiny bit about how things work there.In short,I'd say that if you deposit the right amount of hard currency into an account in the Cayman Islands in the name of the right Kenyan government official/employee he/she would find a way to come through.Corruption of breathtaking proportions exists there from the very top (President/Prime Minister) to the very bottom (the lowliest denizen of Eastleigh district of Nairobi) and at all levels in between.
He wasn't born in Kenya. The logistics do not work. He was either born in Hawaii, Washington state, or Canada. No other choices fit the available data.

I have the exact same certificate from Maryland in 1962. It wasn’t good enough to join the Navy, get a security clearance, obtain a passport, or satisfy the Real ID requirements for the FL drivers license.
