Here we go - the leftist, statist ideologues and the self-righteous social-justice warriors who have taken over the Federal Bureaucracy will fight Trump tooth-and-nail
I have not doubt they will engage in all kinds of interference, subterfuge and sabotage.

I guess they are waiting until Jan 20.

Purge now, or purge in January. Same difference. They won’t be able to hide the audits and work tasking.

I would suggest that they look at performance reviews, travel logs and meeting notes. That should give them what they want.

I think a solid bureaucrat like Rick Perry can do a bottom up audit of the DOE and figure out who got a check in what department and who got hired for what job position
And who traveled to what conferences
First get rid of all the political appointees

[Rick Perry - debate oopsie]
“I would do away with Education, Commerce, and . . .”
Fortunately, Perry will be Secretary of Energy, and he has remembered that Energy is the third agency he wants to eliminate. Without knowing the names of the politicized employees, Secretary Perry can just follow his instinct - fire them all.

DOE has reassured employees it would not cooperate with the incoming administration on that point.
The nerve of these elected representatives of the people, expecting cooperation from un-elected bureaucrats.

I think you're expecting too much from President-elect Trump.
This system has been rigged for 28 years by four treasonous, liberal, globalist presidents from old man Bush down to the current impostor. We've also been cursed with similarly treasonous RINO congressmen.
Plus, many of these RINO congressmen are still in office and have pledged to obstruct Trump at every turn.
It promises to be an interesting four years.
