Right now I’m trying to focus on the electoral college vote on Monday, Christmas Eve Dinner, Christmas Gifts, January 20th (Yeah!!!), then Spring :-)
Obummer, Moochelle, her mother, and the girls are in Hawaii and will be there for 17 days (another pricey vacay on our dime). I hope yesterday was the last we will hear from his vitriolic rambling and her “we have no hope”, though I have a feeling it won’t be, especially since they’ll be residing in DC for at least a couple of years. Hope Oprah’s show on Monday with Moochelle gets low ratings - I know I won’t be watching.

This constant ranting that the Russians did it has me concerned.
Now Obummer is pledging to retaliate.
Putin has told us to show some proof or shut up.
This isn’t a funny situation.
This is how wars are started.
I don’t believe that Russia did anything to subvert our election, that’s not to say they haven’t hacked into some aspects of our government but this is getting to be a very dangerous situation.
Now we have Hitlery chiming in 24/7, blaming her lose on Russia and Comey.
And, of course, the Lame Stream Media are really gleefully blasting this propaganda all over the world.
Where is this leading?
Scares me.......

Spending time at a family brunch today. It’s an hour plus away and have a cousin to pick up along the way. Always lots of laughs in a family that chooses to laugh at problems rather than cry. Prayers please for good health, wealth and true joy in this wonderful Christian family. My aunt is more like a cousin to me and her children and their family nieces and nephews.

There was the story in the NY Slimes and WA Compost about “unnamed sources”, then it just kept being repeated as fact (which the Dims often do with fakenews). Then it came out that the FBI didn’t agree with the CIA. Now that jerk, Brennan, says that he spoke with Comey and someone else and they came to “consensus” that the Russians hacked. In my mind “consensus” doesn’t mean fact. Julian Assange said it wasn’t the Russians or any government entity that he got the email from.
I think this is all confusing to many American people - at first I thought (because it sounded like) the actual election (e.g., voting was hacked), based on how some in the LSM were reporting it. Then it was learned that none of the machines were online, so they couldn’t be hacked. What was not a huge deal last summer with the Podesta email leaks, all of a sudden became “Russians hacked the election”. One needs to follow this really closely and try to get the correct info and the Dims’ plans as to what is going on. We do it here, but most Americans don’t. It’s what the Dims do - blame everyone but themselves (the Obamas and Clintons are especially good at this, having done so for years).
It’s almost like Obummer is trying to start a war with Russia. Hopefully, he is just rattling his little saber on the way out the door to make it look like he is a “big man” standing up to Putin (Vlad is probably laughing his tushie off right now). I think/hope Putin has Obama and Hill’s # and is keeping his powder dry until Trump takes office, especially since he previously praised Trump and Trump has said he wants to work with Putin.
As much as I love Christmas, Jan 20th can’t come soon enough!

I’m going to be offline much of the day today and tomorrow.
Today (and perhaps tomorrow afternoon) is the weekend my sister and I do our “Marathon Baking/Candy Making Weekend”.
We have a breakfast/brunch and gift exchange on the south end tomorrow morning with some girlfriends - have been friends for many years. Then we drive up north of Seattle to my cousin’s daughter’s lunch and cookie/bar/candy exchange.
I made Rocky Road yesterday (just need to put 10 plates together) - really easy recipe and my nephew and BIL love it. I doubled the recipe for tomorrow wrt the chocolate, though didn’t double the amount of nuts and marshmallows - just added them until it looked about right and used a 9x12 Pyrex casserole.
4 - 4-1/2 oz milk chocolate bars (I use Hersheys - 4.4oz)
3 cups mini marshmallows
3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (I don’t always use the full amount)
Partially melt chocolate bars over hot water (I normally melt them almost all the way).
Remove from heat
Beat smooth
Stir in marshmallows and nuts
Spread in buttered 8x8x2 in pan
Chill
Cut when firm

It’s about 6 degrees below zero and we had a foot of snow overnight.
We were caught in the first of it on our way back from the airport to deliver our Deplorable guest. ;-)

I think this kind of stuff is what we have to look forward to from the “Loser Party”.
I just need to toughen my skin and throw it back at them.
I don’t think you are rambling at all, love reading a fellow freepers thoughts, learn so much and feel validated when we think alike.
