They had a idiot on Cnn.....saying it was the city’s fault they all died....to many rules makes these poor artist go underground.....the look on the Cnn host face was priceless.

Strong chance that those that died were on the upper floor, and were choked to death by toxic gas rising from a fire below.
Freebasing with butane is common in Oakland, and would be the most likely source of fire.
The butane fills the room, and if it ignites it flashes across the entire room. Everything ignites quickly.

Both we and our tenants have insurance policies that require allowing these people access. We would never deny access because we want our property to always be in compliance. The tenant who refuses access, would be asked to comply or be evicted under the terms of their lease.

He’s getting SLAMMED on his FB page. Couple of thousand FU’s so far. Somebody posted that they were in touch with his people and that he was planning to make a statement to the press soon.
I wanted to give the guy the benefit of the doubt, that perhaps he didn’t know about the deaths when he made that outrageously self-absorbed post. But if he didn’t, wouldn’t you think he’d have said something like “I hope nobody was hurt”? Not even bystanders, not even the fire department people? Sorry, smell test problem with this one.
I think someone posting a photo of one of the surviving victims covered in burns. This will be a interesting statement....will he have a Southern Poverty Law Center lawyer next to him or a CAIR one?

Why is this guy hiding out at a hotel with his family. He should be in the Oakland jail awaiting indictment for manslaughter at least, if not second-degree murder.
