Virtualization comes to “particular.” Be very very careful. In the computer world that can have rationales made for it. Maybe the Trump administration won’t try to expand that to realms of general human endeavor, but another one may.

“as the US Supreme Court has approved a rule change that will shake things up like never before. By granting every federal magistrate judge the right to issue a warrant for anyone using Tor...”

Interesting. So, where in the US Constitution does a court get the authority to “approve a rule change?”

Where in the Constitution does a court get the authority to write a rule that has the force of law?

It’s way past time to ask the black-robed fascists how many divisions they have to enforce their illegal and unconstitutional law-making dictates.
