I think the most logical concern is that the Electoral Voters from Wisconsin aren’t allowed to participate on December 19.
I think that is the Democrats end game.
Here’s info from the ChiTribune
“...The pleas for attorney fees is above and beyond what the party did 12 years ago. One reason? Pennsylvania’s actual recount deadline has passed - the Greens are raising money to go to court. ...”
So that leaves MI and WI with their 10+16 electoral votes.
President Elect Trump is at 306; take away 26 leaves 280, still enough to win.
What are the chances of a court win in PA?
And see Ray76’s post about what comes first when asking for a recount in WI:

Yup. Every option they will will shake the tree for. Buncha losers. 8 years of faggotry and socialism, and these pukes aren’t done destroying the country.
I think the most logical concern is that the Electoral Voters from Wisconsin arent allowed to participate on December 19. I think that is the Democrats end game.In the Gore vs Bush debacle, Supremes ruled that a recount could not delay participation of the states electors, if I remember correctly. They also ruled 7-2 that the recount procedures were flawed since they did not apply the same to all the states votes -- only select few counties. The slim majority of 5-4 was on the opinion of whether FL could get it done correctly in time or not for the entire state. The majority 6 stating that they could not provide the remedy in time. So, the count stood because the Supreme Court stated that the states electors had to vote in Dec for the winner of the state's electors.
