Wisconsin Recount Manual

Introduction

Elections are often decided by a few votes. In many cases they are decided by one or two votes out of the several hundred or even several thousand votes that are cast. An election may even end in a tie vote. These circumstances encourage a candidate, typically the one who loses the election, to have all the ballots counted again to assure all legal votes are counted properly, any illegal votes are not counted, and the proper procedures for conducting the election were followed by the election officials.

The process of counting the ballots again is known as a recount. There is no automatic recount. The procedures for requesting and conducting a recount are spelled out in the election laws. A recount is the exclusive remedy to test in court the right of a candidate to hold office based on the number of votes cast at an election.

This manual explains the statutory requirements for requesting a recount, attempts to explain ambiguity in those statutes, expands on the statutory requirements with recommended procedures for conducting a recount, and contains sample forms for use during the recount.

This information is prepared by the Wisconsin Elections Commission pursuant to the requirements of Wis. Stat. §9.01(10). If you have any questions about the recount process, please contact the Commission staff through any of the methods below:

Basically the recount will be +/- a few hundred votes. Just like it was in Florida in 2000. Except Trump is starting out 22K ahead - not 1K ahead like GWB.

Good point. If Democrats really controlled the election process in Wisconsin, Scott Walker would have lost 50 recall elections by now. LOL.

Clinton Campaign admits the recount will likely not change election results:

Steven T. Dennis at Bloomberg Politics reports Hillary Clinton’s campaign will join the recount process in battleground states despite admitting they doubt it will change the results of the election.

The odds for a recount actually occurring are near zero. Old Jill Stein has to shell out the money to do a recount and that has not happened.

Trump is the president-elect and absolutely nothing will change that.

Exactly. There are way too many freaking out about this. They aren’t going to magically find some 20k+ ballots to swing it in Clintoons favor.

After reading the article, there is something else going on here...I don't think that this recount has to do with did Trump ‘cheat’ I think it has to do with covering Clinton's tracts so she doesn't get caught cheating...

They have voter machines...and we had a lot of people through out the U.S. saying when they voted for Trump it went to Clinton...so I'm wondering if Clinton isn't trying somehow to fix the ‘rigging’ her and Soros was involved with...remember her famous ‘you ask me why I'm not 50 points ahead’ screaming fit, she knew what each state was suppose to be at all the time, and she knew it wasn't there...that was the dead give away...so Clinton and Soros are paying Stein, she's one crazy idiot anyway, to use her to get their tracts covered...

No it doesn’t just take a sympathetic judge to help the Dems. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in the 2000 election in FL that the U.S. Constitution invested the Secretary of State and the State Legislature with the last word in conducting the election and recounts. Stein and the Clinton campaign can’t make up the rules and neither can a Federal Judge.

Subtracting 20,000 for one side is as good as finding 20,000 for the other. :0(

A relative in Wisconsin was actively involved with the Walker recall. They also supported Stein. The Madison/unionista cabal have had plenty of time for funny business with the ballots. This could get ugly fast.

You have to read the recount manual carefully.

There is a source of danger in it.

The rejected absentees and rejected provisionals re re-examined. The criteria for rejection . . . may not be consistent county to county.

It is THERE that 10s of thousands of votes could be manufactured.

After this stunt is proved false. Trump DOJ should have Hillary prosecuted to full extent of law.
