An accused child rapist and Dominican national was released out of custody by Philadelphia police, ignoring federal immigration officials request to hand over the man.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) released a news release describing how 40-year-old Winston Enrique Perez Pilarte, also known as Josue Duran-Cortes, was released by Philadelphia officials back in 2015 after failing to honor their detainer on Pilarte.
After confirming his identity using biometric data, an ICE detainer was lodged against Perez Pilarte while he was detained at the Philadelphia Curran Fromhold Correctional Facility in July 2015, ICE stated in the release. On Nov. 25, 2015, Perez Pilarte was released from local custody without being turned over on the ICE detainer.

He was just doing the child-raping Americans won’t do..../s
We should not wait for illegal aliens to commit crimes here before we deport them.
I understand starting with those already convicted, but no accommodation should be made for the ones described as “otherwise law-abiding”.
That is a fallacy. Every illegal alien MUST commit other crimes to remain here illegally, such as document fraud, working illegally, etc.
Just because they haven’t yet killed or raped anyone is no reason to give them a pass.
Sanctuary for illegal alien criminals but not American citizen criminals.
Since liberals believe the US Constitution applies to everyone regardless of citizenship wouldn’t that be a violation of the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment?
ICE shouldn’t request they be turned over until they have boots on the ground to snatch the perps as they are released - and bitch slap anyone who tries to interfere.
This had better stop on Jan. 21st.
Remaining calm in the face of this continual outrage gets harder as the inauguration nears.
This is nothing less than a state-sponsored war of rape against children.
I do not understand why we don’t do exactly as you are saying. Does anyone think it would be different for any of us who are escaping to Mexico...cripes, I understand you can be pure as the driven snow and get incarcerated for-ever-damned-ever-whatever-damned thing and no one from your family would ever find you.
I seem to be a little slow about this but what law did Congress (House and Senate) pass to allow such a anathema as “Sanctuary Cities” to get started? No one in their right mind would do such a thing. It is an insane idea. What other country in the world has done that? Germany? Sweden? Norway? And how has it worked out for them?
Someone in authority had to okay the release, in direct violation of the ICE retention order. That person is a criminal and should be prosecuted, or at the very least, removed from his office.
That is a great idea. In fact, I think whoever is responsible for letting a criminal free, should be held liable as an accessory to whatever crimes he commits. That includes ANYONE, including mayors, judges, social workers, psychologists who testify that they are “not a danger to anyone”, etc.
The official who released this worm should be tried as though he was the perp himself. Including forced registry as a sex offender, and all that goes with it. He is an accessory to the crime, and MUST do the time.
Philadelphia is scrambling to manufacture 60k Hillary votes, Cause on Jan 21 2017... Someone is a goo down if they don’t.
And they’r supposed to give a fig?
Winston Enrique Perez Pilarte, really? why not winston pilarte, now these criminal warrent 4 named titles, ridiculous, like there is another 4 million winston pilarte out there and we dont want to get them mixed up
Another criminal set free.”””
By the criminals running Philadelphia.
Mr. Trump will make sanctuary cities pay.
Oh well.
and two names....so convenient when you want to vote multiple times....
For now we’re not taking care of the illegals because the politicians have been profiting from allowing them to invade us. I have a feeling that Trump will make good on his promise to enforce the laws and there will be a change that the sanctuary city folks can’t really comprehend at this time - they’re so used to flaunting the law that they think it’s their perpetual right.
