Steven Schooner, a law professor at George Washington University, raised serious legal concerns about Donald Trump and his on-going interest in Trump International Hotel in Washington DC, especially after a report in the Washington Post said that foreign diplomats felt pressure to stay there. He's not the only legal expert to raise constitutional questions.

I actually think better safe than sorry. The hotel will have plenty of American tourists to fill it up while he’s in office—foreign states should be turned away.

By the time he leaves office he will be fully retired. He will not go back to his business, so he will be transferring all ownership now to his children.
And he’s warned that if they don’t stay in the most expensive suites, he’s withholding chocolate on the pillow!
