I actually think better safe than sorry. The hotel will have plenty of American tourists to fill it up while he’s in office—foreign states should be turned away.

Why turn them away?

They’re just blowing smoke about being pressured. They can stay there, or not stay there.

The choice is theirs. If their governments really feel strongly about it, they could publicly ban their personal from staying there.
