A St. Louis police sergeant was hospitalized in critical condition but expected to survive after being shot in the face twice Sunday in what the police chief called am “ambush.”
Police Chief Sam Dotson said the injured officer was 46 years old and a 20-year veteran of the force. Police said early Monday that the suspect was killed after shooting at officers again.
Neither the officer or the suspect were identified.

Getting way beyond sick of this. I don't know what Trump can do about this crap, but I hope he plans to go after these SOBs with extreme prejudice, somehow.
All Trump needs to do is remove the PC chains from the cops. Let them do their job without worrying about being told they “acted stupidly” or that the Justice Dept will side with the mob against them. Once Holder’s People discover that the US has a Justice Department again, instead of the Just-Us department, they’ll disappear.

There were at least four shootings of police officers Sunday. No descriptions of the shooters in any of the articles I read this morning. Is this The Return of the Invisible Man?

I honestly hope many departments offer patrol officers a sheet of clear ballistic material to attach to their side windows, doesn’t have to be very thick, just enough to give a bettet margin of safety.
Two officers to a radio car, make it happen with federal funds if necessary.
Those federal funds would go to health care costs and pensions, not additional personnel.
I wouldn’t be surprised to hear they are being paid, some people would love the police force to be afraid to enforce the law. I think blm, should be sued by these cops families, their fellow law enforcement officers.
