SUFFOLK An indiscreet tire change may have been a burglar’s undoing Friday night, according to police. At first, it looked like he’d make a clean getaway. An attempt to burglarize Butler’s Store, on Godwin Boulevard, had been unsuccessful. The store’s owner, John Butler, said he heard an intruder try to kick in the door and had chased him away, but the intruder managed to drive off and, better yet, escape unharmed. “I coulda dropped him,” said Butler, who’d come running out of his store with a 9 mm in his hands. He and his wife live in an apartment in...

I have some serious concerns about the yearly shot that most people get during the flu season. It has been many years since I have had a serious cold or the flu.. This year after I had my shot, I came down with serious flu symptoms and it has been hanging on for more than a week. My next door neighbor also came down with the flu after she had her yearly shot, she went to her doctor and confirmed she, indeed, had the flu. I know that that this happens on occasion that the shot can cause the flu...

Where did the swine flu vaccinations go? They went the way of the “stimulus money” – that is to say, they were sent here, and shipped there. And, of course, they were “administered” and “disbursed” and “distributed” by high ranking officials who work in very important positions in vital departments of our U.S. Government. But nobody in our government – no one, specific individual – can say with certainty how many flu shots there are, or where they are, or where they might be headed. And the same is true for the billions of dollars that were entailed in President...

Ten days after she got the shot at a Reston Safeway, she did get sick. Obama won't back the protesters because if the thugocracy crushes them, Barry will need to negotiate with the mullahs. It's getting harder and harder to justify that position when you see stuff like this. This woman was reportedly just standing with her father watching the protests when the Iranian State police gunned her down. If you would prefer to go for ice cream, like the president did this afternoon, instead of witnessing the tyranny that Obama is appeasing, I don't blame you.
