Metereologist Piers Corbyn said fears of the polar ice caps melting were "complete fiction".
His apparent support for President-elect Trump flies in the face of his brother the Labour leader who has repeatedly criticised Mr Trump since he was elected.
President-elect Trump was vocal in his opposition to climate change throughout his campaign by claiming: "It's a hoax. I mean, it's a money-making industry, okay? It's a hoax, a lot of it."
When speaking on LBC, Piers said he thought Mr Trumps views on climate change were "excellent".

It’s time these climate naysayers have a “meltdown”. On with factual weather reporting. Maybe Trump can have this guy be his personal weather forecaster. . .. especially during the “media-hyped and staged” weather reporting.
Thanks - I had no idea Corbyn’s brother held such beliefs. I do listen to the BBC, and of course, never heard them mention such things.
