There has been a noticeable uptick in the number of reported hate crimes since Donald Trump's election as president. From tirades on BART caught on camera to a woman with a headscarf having her car vandalized in Fremont with a note left behind reading "Hijab Wearing Bitch," tensions have escalated since Election Day.
The latest victim is a park in Brooklyn Heights in New York City named after Adam Yauch (aka MCA) of the Beastie Boys. The park, which was renamed in 2013 after Yauch's death, was defaced with swastikas and the words, "Go Trump," according to Billboard.com. Yauch, like the other members of the rap group, was Jewish.

There was a debate on The View - not about graffiti - but about violence, and Whoopi et al were saying there has been a lot of VIOLENCE from the Trump side. Has anybody even heard of ONE act of actual violence being perpetrated by a Trump supporter? As others have noted, there is no proof that any of this racist, Nazi graffiti is actually done by Trump supporters.
