Even if SHrillary did win the majority of votes, she didn’t win the majority of states. This is exactly why the founding fathers devised the electoral college, to prevent a few populous states dictate to the rest of the country.
What is this “popular vote”? It does not exist in our system.

In any case she won a plurality, not a majority. Not surprisingly Moore doesn’t know the difference.
I guarantee you most of the Johnson, Stein and McMullin voters would not have gone to her in a 2-party race. (Even Stein voters, they represented the left that hates her corrupt ways - I think they would have either stayed home or jumped across to Trump, like a decent number of Sanders voters did).
Combined, 52% of the electorate DID NOT vote for Clinton.

Hillary, even if every last vote was genuine, did not win a majority of the popular vote except in a few coastal regions, which differ culturally and economically from the rest of the country so vastly, that they refer to the non-coastal regions as “flyover land”. If the fact that this populous region was so for Hillary that they tipped the scales of the “popular vote” (again note my initial assumption, that all voters there were legal) bothers them so much, let them secede from the Union and leave all the normal regions alone. “Flyover land” will charge them hefty tariffs on agricultural and manufactured goods, and eliminate Income Tax and the IRS once and for all.
