Look how few Republican senators we have to focus on primarying next time!

Posted on 11/11/2016 12:21:06 PM PST by cotton1706

Hatch should be primaried if he doesn't retire. He'll probably pretend to be a conservative again for two years so he can get reelected like he did last time. Been in the Senate since 1978!

Trump should make Corker an ambassador of some worthless country to get him out of the senate.

The rest can go too as far as I'm concerned. Cruz is the only senator worth reelection, and that's just because of his votes.

We must get rid of Cruz. Biggest priority for me in 2018.

It will be interesting to see what Texas does with Cruz.
It’s usually hard to dislodge an incumbent.

Senate Dems face a tough 2018 election cycle. They will be defending 23 seats versus GOP defending 8.

That’s why GOP retention of the Senate this time was YUGE. If Trump follows through in the next two years, GOP might end up with an unprecedented Senate majority.

I agree, Cruz is the only one we need to keep out of that line-up. The rest should be challenged in the primary.

That is why I also think McConnell using the Nuclear Option may be worth the risk.

Usually, but that might not be the case for Cruz. At the last moment he did come around, but it may be too little too late. We shall see I guess.

Why do you see the Nuclear Option as risky?

Yes, too funny, Senator Cruz, a CLASS Act And he votes for a LIMITED Federal G.ment. Is there any reason to keep any of these RINOs?
