However, can a person be pardoned for ALL of their activities inside and outside of government, inside and outside of the country, for a period of 8 years (at least)?
THAT question is more relevant, I think. The pay-to-play problems at the clinton family slush fund are a huge achilles heel.
Trump shouldn’t politicize it, but he must seek justice. Appoint a special prosecutor and then get out of the way. Even if Obama pardons her, there could be state charges, and charges for offenses committed after the pardon. Hill and Bill will not be able to keep away from grifting. Somebody’s got to pay for their (and Chelsea’s, Huma’s etc. ) expensive lifestyle, and it’s not like they have any real marketable skills.
I wonder what the over/under is on all of them fleeing to a country without an extradition treaty? Wikileaks emails talk about at least one Cayman Islands bank account. I’m sure they’ve got $$$ stashed all over the world.
Inside/Outside, etc. aren't relevant criteria. A pardon can excuse any federal crime, but nothing else.
When Ford pardoned president Nixon it was for “a full and unconditional pardon for any crimes he might have committed against the United States.”
Nixon was never indicted nor impeached. He was pardoned retroactively for any crimes he may have committed, making it impossible to indict him for anything he did pre-pardon.
Obama will do the same for Hitlery.
Many libs can see the truth, they are just liars and frauds who lie like hell. Some libs are genuinely delusional and can’t even see the truth.
But most middle class liberals I know (mostly EX-friends) are WILFULLY ignorant. It is not that they can’t see the truth, but that they have to rationalize anything and everything so they don’t have to ACCEPT the truth.

Hillary Clinton is dead for public office. It is over. She will never hold public office again. She will be active behind the scenes electing other commie Dems and supporting every communist cause under the sun, but her days holding elective office are over and done.
Obama can’t short circuit with a pardon as she has not been convicted of anything but bad judgement so far. And with the state department stepping in demanding they look over the emails before they get to congress, I’m hoping it will put back the closing of her investigation with a verdict until after Trump is in. At that time, he and his justice department can treat the investigation like it is supposed to be, above board.

I don’t know if there’s anything that the current Congress could do, or be persuaded to do, in terms of neutering the lame duck president if he seeks to pardon anyone in the political realm, but this should be given some attention.
What happened last night was essentially an intervention by the loyal states (loyal to the Constitution) against what has been an unfortunate coming together of criminal and treasonous elements of the Democratic Party supported by various globalist institutions.
It should play out as that sort of outcome, and this may require drastic action. High crimes and misdemeanours have taken place and they should not go unpunished. There are political considerations, roughly half the population evidently sees things differently. Perhaps with evidence presented under a lawful process, that percentage might shrink to a more manageable minority.
The last 8 years have been hell for us. I want revenge! And TRUE justice.
He should instruct his AG to appoint an independent counsel and use FBI agents who were not under McCabe or Comey direct control in the current investigation.
He should also call these two dog turds in and any DOJ bureaucrats involved in and say and independent investigation will be conducted on your behavior during the clinton email investigation. If you have been found to have committed criminal activity you will be prosecuted. Now get out of my sight.
