Camerota Asks Kellyanne Conway: Will Trump Move Forward With Prosecuting Clinton?
MEDIAite.com ^ | 11/9/2016 | Ken Meyer

Kellyanne Conway appeared this morning on CNN’s New Day, where the Donald Trump campaign manager broke down the message and strategy behind the mogul’s upset victory in the presidential election.

Conway began by talking about the “very gracious” call where Hillary Clinton admitted her defeat to Trump over the phone. She also talked at length about how the Trump campaign’s plan came to fruition in the battleground states, as well as her tweet last night about how there was at least one pollster (herself) who saw what was coming where many did not.

After Conway discussed the impact Trump voters wanted to make on the government, Alisyn Camerota asked her about whether Trump would follow through with his infamous campaign promise to hire a special prosecutor to examine Clinton’s email scandal. Camerota noted how frequently Trump used that line to fire up crowds, and she was curious as to whether Trump will act upon the idea now that he’s won.

Moving forward entails investigating criminal activity regardless of who the criminal may be. Let the prosecution begin.

Reporters are stupid and dangerous.

Something needs to be done about them.

I certainly hope so, but I also hope that he doesn’t take the lead. Let the new AG and the rank and file FBI carry these charges forward. Certainly do NOT do as the Bushes and just ignore all of the violations “to be nice”.

“Camerota noted how frequently Trump used that line to fire up crowds”

Now that he is elected he doesn’t need to fire up crowds anymore.

After the way CNN treated Trump & after cheating in the debates, why would Kellyanne or any of Trump's people run out there first thing in the morning and appear on their crappy network? They need Trump more than he needs them at this point. He should have a ban on these enemies of the state - at least for a few weeks, if not forever.

Before any more investigations or prosecutions can begin, Trump MUST clean house of ALL OBAMA/CLINTON loyalists and obstructionists. Then let loose the hounds of justice!

Like questions about supporting the nominee and conceding, etc.,
trying to pin Trump down while he’s feeling magnanimous, maybe?

Nobody puts The Donald in a corner.

The State Department needs to be cleaned out. Maybe even tented and sprayed. The place is infested with Communists and has been since Whittaker Chambers was there.

Just watch. He won’t address the issue directly. He will allow any ongoing investigations to proceed and his DOJ will not impede any investigations, nor will it oppose consolidation of the investigations of the emails and the Clinton Foundation.

Trump is way too smart to allow himself to appear less than magnanimous in victory.

Public corruption isn’t just a crime against one party or candidate, it’s a crime against all America. So, I say Hillary’s corruption.. which runs deep into our government, needs to be dealt with harshly.

He definitely should.

To drain the swamp you have to put people on notice that no one is above the law, and no one is too big to jail.

Yep, I'd doubt there will be anything concrete stated until after the inauguration. Gotta get the reins of power first.
