“Will Trump Move Forward With Prosecuting Clinton?”

That decision needs to be left up to Special Prosecutor Rudy Giuliani.

Although it’s tempting, I don’t want any United States President or First Lady to ever be put in prison.
Tried, convicted and sentence commuted is an entirely different thing that would be acceptable.

Apparently, these geniuses weren’t paying attention when Trump castigated Hillary for revealing her plans for our enemies in the open.

No, The Donald is much smarter than this, and so is Kellyanne.

Machinery is/will be in place for that.
There are MUCH bigger things to focus on for the new President.

Oh, there is still a lot of money sitting in that Foundation.

They’ve got money, and Barky has a pardon pen. A natural match.

Look for 0bama to pardon her before he leaves UNLESS he’s implicated badly in all this, because he can’t pardon himself.

How about a $200 Million Dollar Fine in lieu of incarceration?

Trump should point out that for a guy who supposedly is so denigrating to women, how is it that he has a woman campaign manager while HRC has PoMooksta?

Just another way that libs can not actually see their noses in front of their face.

But, I suppose the election be over.

“Obama will probably pardon her...”

That is the question that needs to be asked. Will Obama Pardon the Clinton’s?

Sad to say, the State Department has been very bad for a very long time.

It is almost impossible to get rid of anyone there due to laws which have been passed to isolate them from any "political influence" (getting rid of the bad eggs).

Incoming administrations are prohibited from terminating anyone without 'due cause' which makes house cleaning almost impossible.

Differences in political opinions often prevents an administration and the State Department from working together even though the administration can appoint the head of the department it can't remove the lower level employees as easily.

This has been known for many years now, I remember reading about it many years ago

I’d rather she take over the RNC chairmanship.

Saw some of Alisyn this AM. She looked sad, almost in tears.
Mika, of Morning Joe, was just shaking her head.
I Smiled :)

I don’t normally watch any of those programs but wanted to see the MSM squirming.

Trump isn't even in office. Not until January.

She is small potatoes, but the bigger point of the chant was the rule of law, which was corrupted by the DEMs with Comey's assistance to benefit Crooked. Trump has to appoint a special prosecutor, that too is small potatoes. Or, Obama can short circuit that with a pardon.

They don’t have to be terminated. Folks can be reassigned or transferred to stations that need their critical skills.

I don't think it is legally possible to pardon anyone for any crimes they may do in the future and I suspect that would include any crimes she hasn't been convicted of or indicted for yet.

That however won't prevent him from trying.

Why trouble with all of that expensive prosecution when a military tribunal will suffice?

Actually, he isn't in office yet, that will only happen after he is sworn in on Jan 20th.

Until then he is only a "president elect".

Trump wont do it unless we find out something new. Too divisive, he will say. Just my prediction.
