The President-Elect should publicly warn Obama not to abuse the power of the pardon to allow Hillary Clinton to escape equal justice before the law.
Nixon wasn't indicted before Ford pardoned him.
Obama is going to do what Obama is going to do.
She couldn't have done what she did without Obama being complicit. He's as guilty of corruption as she is. HE HAS TO PARDON HER or she will throw him under the bus too...bank on it.
I wonder if her passports shouldn’t be revoked and also put her and Billary on the “no fly list.” Reason? I betcha they try and flee the country to escape prosecution.
Obama has to weight the negative effect on his legacy of pardoning Hillary, who he despises, as well as the potential damage to himself of any investigations and trials of the Clintons for misconduct during him administration.
I’d rather Trump played this cynically for the moment. Assure Obama that he intends to focus only on jobs and the future, not stirring up old trouble to settle political scores, etc. It will give Obama an excuse NOT to pardon her.
Once Obama is out, assign a special prosecutor to pursue all the crimes of the entire Clinton network, including aiders and abettors within government.
That's assuming he's re-elected Speaker on January 3rd.

He can’t pardon her, can he? She hasn’t been charged/indicted for a crime (yet). That may be the one good thing that Comey did!
I predict that, with the support of her lapdog media, celebrity sycophants, lefty worshippers, etc. she will go on being honored and feted all over the world, collecting huge speaking fees and continuing to trade on her political contacts at the expense of America. I’m willing to bet they are not going to fade away.

Agreed. This would be a YUGE! letdown if he doesn't go after her. As satisfied as I am that she lost, I still want her and Bubba in prison for treason! (maybe that little brat Chelsea too!)

He could pull a George Washington and the Whiskey Rebellion and come out looking like a True Statesman, but he has to let her be TRIED AND CONVICTED FIRST!!! Just like George Washington did.
I’m not sure. I think Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon before any criminal charges were leveled against him.
That could happen initially. Especially, in the early stages of Trump’s presidency, so she can sit there and criticize him and his decisions. But, once people realize that they can’t get anything from her, no uranium deals, no special treatment from the State Dept, none of what she did to make her rich, they’ll withdraw from her. They’ll all have to try and find some other politician to corrupt.
On top of all that, she’s sick as a dog and who the hell knows how much more time she has. Again, I won’t feel sorry for her, in the least bit.

I agree 100%. No leeway. Hillary gave to lee way to one single person or child she molested or destroyed politically or socially.
Personally I don’t care if he mentions Hillary ever again. Right now he needs to hit the ground running trying to get some stuff done. First, nominate a supreme court justice, second, build that wall, third repeal obamacare, fourth get to work on that economy. He has 2 years to move full steam ahead undoing what the Kenyan did. He may well lose the Senate in 2018 if the media goes after him non stop for 2 years. He has no time to waste on Hillary. JMHO
One thing he has to get done is follow through on his promises and demonstrate right away that there will be no favoritism in the eyes of the law. No more corrupt Justice Department or FBI.
