The President-Elect should publicly warn Obama not to abuse the power of the pardon to allow Hillary Clinton to escape equal justice before the law.
Obama will Pardon Hillary then resign and Uncle Joe will pardon Obama. Count on it !
Trump needs to meet with The Turtle and PRyno and tell them to not hold ANY Lame Duck sessions of Congress.
I would think President Elect Trump is smart enought to keep his cards close to his chest this early on. Still 72 days till he walks in the WH Oval office. Warning a coiled snake may cause it to strike.
Obama will be between a Barack and a hard place. If he pardons her, he will be admitting she needs a pardon. If he doesn’t pardon her, he will be swept up in the criminality of their joint lawlessness. Please,pass the popcorn!
I’m torn. A pardon will put a stake in her Presidential ambitions once and for all.
If Obama pardons her, he should be thrown in jail. At least he will sit there till the next libby president pardons him.
Trump promised us he was going after Hillary if he was elected. He had better follow through.

I could be wrong, but I think the basic outline of what Nixon had done was pretty clear. So President Ford stepped up and pardoned Nixon for the things which people knew about and which had caused President Nixon to resign. Pretty understandable.
With Hillary, it’s all a right-wing conspiracy. It’s all been cleared by the FBI. Everybody does it. There’s really nothing to talk about or explore, because she is as pure as the driven snow.
How do you pardon that? I don’t think it’s kosher to wipe away anything and everything without having any sort of admission or understanding for what may or may not have happened.
I think Trump could overturn any pardon on the grounds that it is a crime to pardon a fellow criminal to protect one’s self.
He has warned Obama publically at least once already.
He can’t pardon her unless she is indicted before he leaves office.
She has not been charged with a crime, let alone been convicted. No pardons for that.

I don’t want to see her or any of her crime syndicate pardoned anymore than anyone else. Nothing would give me greater joy than seeing her on a gurney, after having a stroke, after learning that the grand jury just came back with a true bill. But, even if she gets one, I’d be just as happy to see the entire case brought before the American people, exposing them for who they are and watch everyone turn their backs on them. They cannot live without people kissing their asses and catering to them. No more free jet rides. No more speeches. No more 5 star hotels. They’ll whither away to nothing like the trash they are.
You have to be convicted of a crime to be pardoned. That’ll happen long after Obama is gone.
Good post. I would add the fact that Nixon already suffered the extreme humiliation of resigning the highest office in the land which was also an act of contrition. In addition, Nixon was a girl scout compared to Hillary’s 30-year crime and corruption spree.

Yes; he can pardon her at any time as Ford pardoned Nixon. No indictment for Nixon.
Her presidential ambitions died early this morning.
