He really could learn a lot about his ancestry even without having Clinton’s DNA, which could lend credence to his claims. Y-DNA testing and/or autosomal testing, that is assuming he even wants the truth.

I seem to remember that the Blue Dress DNA data confirmed a match, but that the published data was obfuscated to protect Slick, and could not be used for future matches. He would need the true original data or a new sample.
I suggest checking the Island of Underage Girls for a fresh sample.

Bet it would be easy for a sleuth to get DNA from Roger Clinton. If he can prove he’s related to Roger, it would give him much more credibility.
I would imagine that, unless on something owned by another, HIPAA laws deny access to those records unless a warrant is obtained.
That’s one approach. I would be surprised if she allows it. Another approach is to obtain one of Bubba’s hairs by bribing his barber.
I think everyone is the Clinton area should get a DNA test before marriage to make sure they are not marrying their half sibling.
