They yelled at Mumford to stop resisting

Well, they were properly trained as US Police officers then. Yell "stop resisting" while you are beating a citizen, and then you cam always claim he "resisted arrest" and "didn't follow police instructions."

Had Mumford also made a "furtive move", them they also would have had recourse to shoot him.

Their supervisors should punish the officers. The court should impose sanctions on the officers. Atny Mumford should file a civil suit.

The Marshals work for the Justice Dept and who heads the Justice Dept, Lynch. Obviously her disdain for our laws permeates down to her thug marshals. Americans better wake up.
