Jon Bon Jovis son partied like a rock star in Cuba and his prep-school pal posted the photos to prove it.
Social-media shots appear to show Jesse Bongiovi and his best friend from the posh Poly Prep Country Day School in Brooklyn puffing away on stogies and soaking up the rays from rooftop patios overlooking the Caribbean a trip in which the teens were plied with booze, cigars and a hooker on the Brooklyn schools dime, according to a lawsuit.

Keep in mind that Cuba has been a tourist destination for the rest of the world for decades and only U.S. citizens have been prohibited from flying there from U.S. airports but completely accessible from Canadian airports. In fact, my sister and her family here in Detroit vacationed there about 15 years ago flying out of Windsor. Lifting the embargo has only made it easier to get there.
There are definitely "no go" zones in certain tourist areas in and around Havana and the only Cubans allowed in are credentialed workers. Any others are arrested.........

I’ve been to Cuba. It has always been full of tourists from Europe and Canada. It’s a cheap, tropical spot for them. I never ran into places where the locals legally weren’t allowed to go but a lot of the owners won’t let them in simply because they have no money and they don’t want them hanging around to discourage the tourists.
