Rush, what about Ryan?
10/12/2016 | Self

Posted on 10/11/2016 10:00:28 PM PDT by EliRoom8

I get a delayed broadcast of Rush's show after it's on the Internet. So, furious at Ryan/Senor's stab in the back, I was looking forward to hearing Rush take on Ryan. Instead it was deflection (Joy Beyhar, Democrat hypocrisy, etc.) Very little outrage about the highly coordinated and choreographed assault launched by Ryan. Am I wrong or is he pulling his punches?

I posted Senor's tweets to my page that showed him instructing media to keep Trump tape story alive. And he deleted them (they just show the text now).

Politipage

The blowback must be heavy. I called Ryan's office and they had a recording that they were overwhelmed.

I don’t think the Ryan thing can be called as greater than a “suspicion” at this point; it may be a strong suspicion, it may be a super strong suspicion, but it is probably not a good thing, IMHO, to go wild over right now. My .02.

I agree. I listened and Rush kept on saying that Democrats and media are trashing Trump, saying there’s a civil war.

While not mentioning the reason why the narrative was full tilt. Because of Paul Ryan.

Rush was most certainly giving Ryan some cover.

Rush has always been a GOP water carrier. He still thinks Mitt Romney is the most wonderful, most decent man ever to run for President despite the fact that Romney surrogates tried to destroy Sarah Palin and Romney himself took a dive in his run.
He has rose-colored glasses or he is paid off.

My own opinion is to forget Ryan. Just how many voters
are basing their votes on what Ryan has to say? Stay
out of the weeds, Don. Go after votes now. Go after
people later.

Look at reality. If Hillary wins....she walks in with marginal health and will not be performing much on travels or public events for four years. All Ryan has to do is create various fake confrontations (like the Republicans have done for eight years), and in 2020...Ryan is the winner of the primary and will go head-to-head against a very weak and unhealthy Hillary (go imagine how her present condition will only get worse), and Ryan wins in 2020.

If Trump wins....he’s there for likely eight years. Then in 2024, it’s likely to be a Democrat running and winning. So, the next cycle where Ryan has a chance on this scenario is 2032. That’s a heck of a long time away, and Ryan won’t be around by that point in politics. It’s now or never for Ryan.

Screw the suspicion. That traitorous idiot Ryan got the entire GOP caucus on a conference call and told them he wouldn’t help Trump anymore. What Speaker does something as stupid and evil as that weeks before the presidential election?

Just Rush trying to have it both ways. He is a master of words and manipulation. And he knows who signs his paycheck.

I still listen to him since he is good at what he does, I just keep in mind who he is and his motivation. Glen Beck though I just turn off now he is a total Romney stooge.

And with the loss of Fox News over the last couple of years there is not much over the air you can trust.

Ryan is not winning anything in 2020 except the ruins of the party he has destroyed.

You raise a good point that pos Romney is behind a lot of this.

Agree. Rush was actually incredulous that if the MSM could take Romney, the most decent man on earth, and turn him into a villain. . . then. . .

Wait. Talking up Romney?????

Well, that’s one of the more plausible/digestable scenarios I’ve heard of. Imagine HRC suffering a failing health condition midway through her term and being replaced by Kaine. Ryan vs Kaine?

At what point do we become better off being governend by competing strains of bacteria?

The stakes, they are high.

“Rush was most certainly giving Ryan some cover.”

I don’t think Rush is ready to make that leap but we all know the truth.

.
Limbaugh will not say one bad word about FOX News incessant Trump bashing - and the bashing of his supporters.

Watch what they lead with on the shows and what they give a minute to as they wrap.

It’s all about $$$$.
