I don’t allow cookies
Maybe that’s why. It probably checks for that first before allowing you to vote - it’s their way of minimizing the number of multiple votes.
In my case I allow cookies, once I voted then all I got to see was the results.
Then I cleared the cookies for the past hour and I got to vote again.
