(CNSNews.com) – Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) introduced a resolution last week to “recognize the importance of Planned Parenthood’s contributions to women’s health care and reproductive rights in America over the last 100 years.”
The resolution voiced strong support for the nation’s largest abortion provider, declaring that “the organization remains an essential thread in the fabric of society, and it will be key in the next century to assisting millions of women, men, and young people in accessing the health care they need and deserve, no matter who they are or where they live.”
“Planned Parenthood should not be defunded, attacked, or discriminated against for their role as a vital women’s health care provider across the country,” the resolution stated.

A legislative body that would endorse a resolution of evil such as this deserves NOT TO EXIST.

If democrats held the same concern for innocent babies in the womb as they do for black street thugs and muslim terrorists there would be no abortions for the convenience of healthy mothers.

I wonder what Ruth would think of America if she were alive today. In the years since she made that remark, millions of babies have been aborted and our nation seems largely unconcerned. Self-centered indulgence, pride, and a lack of shame over sin are now emblems of the American lifestyle.
Just a few weeks ago in a prominent city in the South, Christian chaplains who serve the police department were ordered to no longer mention the Name of Jesus in prayer. It was reported that during a recent police-sponsored event, the only person allowed to pray was someone who addressed “the being in the room.” Similar scenarios are now commonplace in towns across America. Our society strives to avoid any possibility of offending anyone—except God.
Yet the farther we get from God, the more the world spirals out of control.
My heart aches for America and its deceived people. The wonderful news is that our Lord is a God of mercy, and He responds to repentance. In Jonah’s day, Nineveh was the lone world superpower—wealthy, unconcerned, and self-centered. When the Prophet Jonah finally traveled to Nineveh and proclaimed God’s warning, people heard and repented.
Not necessarily "we", but the Left is even worse than Sodom and Gomorrah. Our "representatives" are aiding and abetting the worst atrocities ever committed on God's green Earth.
By all means take shots against that vile organization, but this is really about the RATS and their media allies ginning up the latest War on Women campaign against the Republicans.
Sounds like a political ploy to motivate dumb democrat women to go out and vote.
