I play “Do it Again,” and “Dirty Work”.
Since their songs use some complex chords, it takes me a while to learn them.

I’m never going back to “My Old School”, as they turned both my Jr. High School AND my High School into Housing for the Elderly.

The High school has some really nice apartments with 12 foot windows and exposed brick wall. Tres Chic.

Hiya Lauren!

I had to crank my heat up the past few mornings here in the high desert, it's getting coooold in the mornings, still nice in the afternoons though.

Still 90ish in your neck of the country?

Big house, lots of land, and other doggies to play with!

It couldn’t have happened a moment too soon. The dogs were getting depressed.

You talking to me?

I laid low over the weekend after mowing Saturday and just picked up a few groceries.

Today was pretty much a lazy day too, laundry day tomorrow, (Woo-Hoo, what a boring life, huh?).

Good evening, radu...it was 34 this morning. Chilly out.

A good day for you?

A pretty laid back Monday...and my number didn’t get called for jury duty. And I already called for Tuesday...not my number again. This is a good thing for me. Sitting still doesn’t work well for the elderly. LOL!!

Sounds like we both got bitten by the Lazy Bug over the weekend. LOL
I did absolutely nuthin’ Saturday. Just didn’t feel very good.
So that meant what I’d planned (needed) to do Sat. was done yesterday, on top of what I already had to do yesterday. Still wasn’t feeling all that great so by the time I got everything done, I just zonked out.

What a wasted weekend. *sigh*

Today was HQ day and we and we had one - count ‘em, ONE - person stop by for a Trump sign. Such a waste of time being there and we’ll all be glad when we shut that place down.

Ain’t ,much of a road trip. I live about two miles from the gate. Get to hear frequent booms.

Mercifully, the blimps are gone after one got away last year. Sadly the Ordnance museum is also gone. They moved everything to South Carolina (I think that’s where it ended up)

Army research Labs is the key sponsor for a high school robotics team that I used to be a coach, so certain times of the year, I spent plenty of time on post. I’ve also learned that when I find out someone works on post, it’s not worth asking them much more cause they won’t tell you.

Howdy, Kathy.
It was downright COLD up there this morning! BRRRR! Did it rain overnight? That was a close call on icy roads if it did.

YAY not getting called for jury duty! You’re right about sitting still not working well. That’s how I got out of even being called last year. I went to the courthouse and talked to some gal and was taken off the list permanently. My bum back doesn’t allow me to sit for very long - - have to get up and move around every half hour or so.
Maybe it’ll work for you next time you get notified. :-)

Not a bad day here, just a boring one at the HQ. At least it was a pretty day and comfy enough to sit outside. Going to warm up a little more this week but it won’t be too hot.
Just wish it would rain.

Well, good for you for being a loyal volunteer trooper and being at the HQ anyway, just a few more weeks until the most important election in our lifetime!

Hang tough!

Maybe you need to bring a few kittehs to the HQ for some entertainment! :-)
