Sorry, I couldn’t get beyond the 2nd paragraph before the bile started churning up. Am I living in the Twilight zone and we really ARE going through a moron apocalypse? Because I remember this other reality I use to live in where crooks were arrested and thrown in jail and people would actually support that. NOW it seems, someone who commits multiple felonies time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time again is considered Presidential material while her opponent is blasted in the press, and by just about everybody else it seems every day, because he defends himself against people who attack him and knows tax laws. WHAT THE F am I missing here?

The NEA has a poor track record when it comes to educating our children. Of course they have their useful idiots willing to jump in without thinking or using common sense. The NEA is worried about having real competition via support for private schooling, support for parents who want to get their children out of the failing public schools.

Yes the effect of Trump has brought out the bullies, against his supporters. But not because of anything he has said or done, but because of what the Democrats & press have falsely painted Trump as. The N.E.A. published and distributed The American Citizens Handook (bought from 4H) from 1941 through 1969. It was full of patriotic American writings, passages of Scripture, American quotes and stories, good solid American stuff. Rumor has it the last 10,000 copies went to a NY landfill in 1969. Done.
For decades now, a pubic school teacher wouldn’t be caught dead with a copy in zer classroom. Doubt any pubic schools have one left. But, a pink triangle on the door? Posters of famous queer Americans? A section on the Quran? Assigning Michael Moore books to read? Field trip to an Al Gore movie? Kicking out Boy Scouts? All okey doke.
I hold pubic school teachers highly responsible for America’s social, moral and intellectual decline.
