I have never been able to stand USA Today. No content, too dumbed down, too many graphics instead of real news.
I get that it is trying to be a national newspaper, but I wonder what their subscription numbers would be if they weren’t in every hotel in America.

Why? USA Today is a comic book disguised as a newspaper. Freeping the poll would affect their 25 readers and not much else.
You are just becoming concerned. I stopped looking at that rag 15 years ago. I even refuse a free copy when it is offered at a hotel. Besides, the only good part of a paper in the Movie listings and the comics; both of which are simpler to get on-line.
