Jordan Chariton from the left-wing news site “The Young Turks” was on-location for Hillary’s Durham, New Hampshire appearance on Wednesday with Bernie Sanders.
The reporter for the site, which has been decidedly pro-Bernie during the election, captured the palpable malaise at the rally.
“We’re about 10-15 minutes before Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders,” Chariton said.
“Gotta keep it real: We were outside coming in, I think my left toe has more excitement than what I saw out there.”
“Well, I think I think we’re missing I feel is Hillary can be a little, uh, bland,” University of New Hampshire student Melissa Clivio-Wentrup told Chariton. “Robotic, bland, almost doesn’t speak to our level,” she added.
Chariton filmed campaign workers struggling to inject some enthusiasm in the crowd.
They raced through the aisles attempting to spark cheers, with little success.

What trap?
I want to add for the benefit of FR concern trolls bewailing Trump’s being behind by a few points in a few polls released today to recall that Tea Party favorite Matt Bevin in KY was written off for dead by every one and the last batch of polls released just prior to the election had him 10 points behind the Democrat Allison Lundergran Grimes.
On Election Day he beat her by - guess it - 14 points! Moral of the story is push polls don’t decide an election. Voters do and people need to get a grip and stop trashing Trump just because of a spate of bad polls. He will win the election in spite of doctored polls, a biased media and seemingly impossible odds. He’s done it before.
Hillary? His opponent is the ultimate low energy candidate - even less exciting than Jeb Bush. At one point, Jeb led in all the polls and he was the favorite to win the GOP nomination. Where is he now? Hillary can and will be beaten. Let’s have faith since life has dark valleys and sunny uplands. And the latter are surely in store ahead.
