Several days ago, I pinged JimRob to ask his opinion of turning ICANN (internet domain name registry) over to Obama's soulmates, countries that hate America for its individualism and proud history, Jim answered with one line, quoted in the title. There is a way to block the transfer by contacting these Congressmen and demanding they stop the transfer on Oct. 1.

When you snap at someone and call them a troll without justification, it only makes you look bad. Your temper tantrum is not a reflection on me. Your suggestion to call on local officials to block the transfer of the Internet only makes you look stupid. The people who read your comments are not accountable for the things you say.

I understand your sentiment, but I am asking people to take a moment and make an effort to effect a change—not just comment that things are useless.
I have spoken to both Cruz and Duffy’s offices and they are truly concerned and working very hard to keep our internet free and in the United States.
As they say, we get the government we deserve and if Washington got hundreds of calls, could make a difference. As it is they usually don’t...

Governments, particularly those run by control freaks like 0vomit and his ilk, are terrified of freedom. The internet gives freedom to people in ways that the government cannot control and this terrifies them.
Keep the internet out of government hands.

Last night, for the first time in my life, the thought crossed my mind that I couldn't stand listening to Comrade Hillary for 4 years, and like the leftists concluded, “I'm going to move to another country”! But where? The world still looks to the USA as the bastion of freedom. There's really nowhere to go.
So we'll just do what we can, each in our own way, mostly to satisfy our consciences. Evil can only win when good men do nothing.

Interestingly, when telephoning Congressmen just now with my phone number blocked, I received the “all circuits are busy, try again later”. When I unblocked the number I got through!
Left a message at McConnell’s local office. Washington DC office won’t take messages. So I filled out a contact form on his website with my message.
