It was in 2004 that some clown who worked for a state’s Dept of Transportation was harassing FReepers here and saying how smart and superior he was. It turned out that he was posting from his work computer while he was supposed to be working. Well, he got turned in and screen shots were sent to his boss and the guy was fired. Yep, he was smarter than all of us. The Rat Underground went apoplectic because I think the guy might have been one of them.

The guy would have been fired even if he used his own/home (and not government/job) email account. He targeted a member of not one but two PC protected classes. Had he only targeted a straight white christian male he could have sent the exact email(s) - even from his job email - and paid no penalty.
