A woman identifying herself as Taheshia Williams is claiming to be an eyewitness to the shooting of Keith Lamont Scott by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CPMD) officers.
Scott was shot and killed after reportedly brandishing a firearm and advancing upon officers three uniformed officers and a fourth officer, Officer Brentley Vinson, who was wearing a department issue ballistic vest with a displayed badge and emblazoned with the word “POLICE”

I am puzzled by the refusal of the police chief to release the video. Once these narratives take hold, the truth will simply be ignored in favor of the narrative. Trayvon was not a punk with a grill in his mouth shooting the finger and getting high on weed and "Lean", even though this was later revealed to be the case; he's perpetually a 12 year old kid who could have been Obama's son.

Does it really matter? The original photo of George Zimmerman's bloodied head was never released by the media until over 6 months had passed. But yet they were quick to show little 13 year old Treyvon in his cute football uniform. Then there was that EDITED 911 call made by Zimmerman himself........
As far as I'm concerned, law enforcement agencies should be required to withhold the releasing of any video evidence until a case has been fully investigated........
With that being said, the video you are referencing would make no difference whatsoever to the hate and race mongers that are behind the NC riots even if the video showed the thug taking a stance and opening fire on the police.......
As far as I'm concerned, the First Amendment regarding "Freedom of Press" has been bastardized to the point that it is now a massive tool being used by the leftist media comprised of socialists and marxists against conservative America in order to destroy the moral fabric that holds this society together .
There are a lot of generalizations in all these instances. Some people think the black guy is always the criminal, some people think the cop is always the criminal. These are all individual cases and the only common thread is George Soros and his BLM group and the bastard in the White House stirring race hatred. The failure to release the cam film and the circumstances you relate are not good in this situation.
