CNN receives programming reimbursement from the U.S. State Department via The Bureau of International Information Programs; the same State Department program that pays Facebook for content. CNN is not as reliant on ad revenue because they get tens of millions from the U.S. State Department.

Sounds like a job for an AR15 with a normal capacity magazine. Imagine what the response time for dialing 911 would be.
Its clearly obvious that the media loves to stir the pot and create racial division and conflict. Which is why you see so much attention on police shootings and Kaepernick which would otherwise be a local news story or ignored. I think they have figured out that racial tension gets people riled up to follow the story and tune in/call in to talk radio.
Nevertheless, the whole diversity and race relation problems is definitely part of the plan of the elite. It has the masses focused fighting against one another while the rulers sit back and laugh and screw everyone over.
