How many points did Romney lose in Michigan 2012?

I would think that Detroit, as a total DEMOCRAT disaster that it is, would be heavily Trump-voting. Maybe they just like living in poverty....

Trump is starting to close the monumental gap......Trump has a very narrow path to victory....... The electoral map almost completely rules out a trump victory...... The race is ever so slightly tighter but hillary still abead..... Trump is inching up but the chasm is still astronomical.

The first debate (26 Sept) will set a record for the most watched in history.

Trump will destroy Hillary on National TV.

The debate will be the final nail in Hillary's coffin.

By 1 Oct., Trump will have an insurmountable lead in the polls. The MSM will declare the election over.

I was in the Detroit area over Labor Day weekend, and saw a copy of the DFP after Trump’s visit. Talk about rabid foam-at-the mouth Trump hating....wow.

The illegal court ruling restoring straight ticket voting, which was abolished by the duly elected state legislators of Michigan, looms large. Rat voters just need to to put a check next to the D instead of Shillery’s name to vote for her and every filthy downballot rat.

Nonsense.

The ‘chasm’ only appears to be there because the GOP ran Uniparty, Liberal Losers at the last two elections. There were millions of conservatives who stayed at home

With Ford Motor Co. coming out and declaring they are moving their small car division to Mexico and Trump coming out to say he is going to fight this as President is only going to help Trump in states like Michigan.

The demoncrats are supposed to be for the working person like these jobs represent and why is Donald Trump the only one fighting against this? I think this will resonate with many Americans, regardless of party affiliation.

Trump will destroy Hillary on National TV.

He may not have to. She could very well self-destruct and have another health breakdown. That is a situation Trump needs to be ready to exploit by just letting it happen. "Never interrupt your opponent when he's making a mistake." - Napoleon Bonaparte.

If Hillary has a health episode in the debate, its a run out the clock situation because the game is over.

Disagree. In a 50/50 election, Florida and Ohio go red almost every time. That puts Trump at 253 assuming he holds Romney states. A PA win virtually guarantees victory. Trump has a chance in Iowa, Nevada, Colorado for sure. I would not rule out Michigan, New Hampshire and Wisconsin either

Based on this week’s polling, Trump would have 274 EVs and that’s without VA, PA, NH and MI. Nobody would have predicted a Trump victory without VA and/or PA. And if Michigan is in the margin of error, how far off is victory in Pennsylvania.

The fact is that Trump will compete for PA and VA, and the voters will see Trump’s strenght in CO, IA, MI and OH and will be drawn to his message.

Trump has flipped the electoral map on it’s head. Right now Clinton would need to sweep the seven battleground states left while Trump only needs one (anyone of them by the way); that means even NH at 4 EV would do the trick.
