What Was The Object That Fell Out Of Hillary's Pants> Probably something to do with her Foley Catheter system.
A clamp, piece of hose, a fitting or maybe even the urine collection bag.
The bag is probably strapped to her calf.
In these earlier photos on the left you can see the urine tube from the catheter to the collection bag.
In the right hand photos you can see something that is probably the upper water bag that is part of a Foley Catheter system.
