Hilary Clinton has a chronic cough. She uses cough drops or mints,tablets. Remember the hole in her tongue? Probably a cough drop.
Her coughing fits are severe, so she is bound to produce some phlegm (same color as the mints)and upchuck other stuff.
Cannot comment on her other physical ailments, but she is not a healthy woman - that is evident by her unsteady gait, history of brain injury and age. She ain’t no spring chicken.

If her health is not an issue, then why is her campaign taking such pains to try to hide it? Why are they trying to plant the idea that any talk of her health is a big conspiracy theory? It is obvious her campaign thinks it is a big deal. At this point, they are in a tough spot—they must either bring out unhealthy Hillary for all to see, or keep hiding her and feed the speculation.
Trump can bring it up in a very sympathetic manner, while focusing on the message that the presidency is a stressful job that could very well be the end of Hillary. This is not an attack. Done correctly, this would be a message to Hillary supporters—the true believers who genuinely like her—that the best thing they could do for her would be NOT to vote for her.
Ectoplasm as a byproduct of demonic possession.
