Health issues aren’t going to win or lose the election, and while there is no doubt Hillary has something, if not a few things going on that point to her having health issues, attacking her over them as part of a strategy to win, is not really a good path... and I was glad to see Trump backed off that quickly.. I am sure that had to do with him hiring the new folks on his campaign.
Its nice red meat for the ground troops, but not likely to sway many folks who haven’t decided, in fact could create sympathy for her and be counter productive.
So, if Hillary wants to claim she’s fine, let her claim she’s fine, unless someone can come up with indisputable evidence that she has a health problem that would invalidate her from holding the office.
Personally, yes I think she has some serious health issues, that “fall” likely has caused some permanent brain damage they aren’t willing to discuss. Not uncommon, or unheard of, but not all brain damage affects cognitive ability, which is what matters most.
Absent hard evidence, this is just red meat for the soldiers, but not really anything that is great to be basing a campaign around.
I watched her speech in Tampa today and she didn’t cough at all.

She's sick. She has compromised national security (and probably sold secrets). Her "economic plan" is to put Bill in charge of the economy. She has no real ideas. Her campaign consists of trashing Trump.
It is a mistake to focus on one issue. All of the issues need to be brought up, over and over, to make sure that voters have a holistic picture of who this woman is. Her die-hard supporters aren't likely to care about national security (they dismiss such concerns as "paranoia"), but maybe they can be reached if the composite makes them start to doubt.
