I want to know if when Comey held his press conference when he said that nobody, including Justice, knew what he was about to say, that Loretta Lynch could hold her own press conference the next day and say there would be no charges. Neither she nor her attorneys had time to review all of the FBI investigation documents, so by what criteria did the Attorney General make her decision?
