Hillary mocked the many reports on her ill health by opening a jar of pickles – that was already opened.

Trump makes an innocent comment about the Second Amendment, and, for a week, the media sees it as a call for Hillary's assassination. There is much episodic evidence of health problems with Hillary, and the media wants to spike it.
