The final blue and red figures on the right side of the chart represent our most recent estimates of Hillary Clinton's vote (blue squares) and Donald Trump's (red diamonds). These estimates represent weighted averages of all responses in the prior week. The gray band is a "95-percent confidence interval". Figures lying outside the gray band mean that we are at least 95% confident that the candidate with the highest percentage will win the popular vote.

This poll does show a Hillary bounce, but less than what Trump’s

Across the board, even in the polls where she is leading. 3 months is an eternity in politics though. She’s basically playing prevent now and Trump is on the move. We know most teams playing prevent tend to let up the winning touchdown.
The knock against this poll is it continually samples the same pool of people.
I think that the ‘RATS using that Muzzie Khan Man to wave OUR Constitution in our faces while trashing an American presidential candidate is going to be the Mother of All Exploding Cigars for the ‘RATS. yes 1/7 of the entire list each day. I think that is the reason for the poll to see if there is movement among the sample rather than continually changing the sample.
Maybe it’s a strength. On the other hand does the observing skew the results? It will be interesting to see how this particular poll plays out wrt the overall popular vote.
I would just think the consistency would be a strength.
