...He will be charged with felonious assault. I think there are several other charges that can make his life uncomfortable.
Just let a private citizen try to take a gun into a bar, anywhere in the country.
I am suspecting that it is a public servant of some type.
I also suspect that if he is a public servant, he will never be caught.
Even if he paid the bill by credit card.
