If you didnt notice which you probably havent, because its still unbearably hot the years longest heat wave has ended, but that doesnt mean the temperatures cooling off that much, or for that long. In fact, another heat wave is likely in store.
The city and surrounding areas have been issued an excessive heat watch for this weekend. The National Weather service said a coming heat wave could bring the highest temperatures of the summer, starting tomorrow. Highs will reach the mid to upper 90s, according to the NWS.
Dont surprised if temperatures soar into the triple digits on Saturday and Sunday. Heat index values are expected to reach as high as 105 degrees

God giving delegates a foretaste of eternity?
I think due to Cleveland’s open carry the BLM crowd stayed home, but Philly doesn’t have those laws that allows people tp protect themselves.
I hope they burn that democrat rats nest to the ground.
Not just it will be hot weather wise, but with the Dems coming to town, the politics will be filled with angry socialists.
When I watched the GOP convention, there was much more unity, and other then for the Sen. Cruz and the last of the never Trump incidents, it was very productive.
It's gonna smell worse than a New Delhi train station during evening rush hour...
Yup. It gots hot in the summer, and cold in the winter. It also gets darker in the winter due to global darkness.
Is there any incense that smells like brimstone because maybe the DNC should be freeped with Brimstone?
We only want Shrillary and her dead mentor in Hell Alinsky to feel at home...
Plus there was a BIG turnout of people from out of state that came to help the Cleveland police department and the message was sent to BLM to cool it. The Philly PD, I do not know if they called for outside help, but their hands are going to be full.
Well, it *is* summer.
Heretic!
;D
107 Fah here today. Not uncommon this time of year. It’s July for cryin’ out loud. Will go on this way until at least mid September if not longer. Inland Empire, Southern California. This is cool compared to some years when it was 118, and thereabouts.
Old Army friend of mine lives in Havasu. It’s cool here compared to what they get there.
Huh. Hot temps in the central coast in July. Must be global warming.
Going to be too hot for protesters
....Plus add that threatened “fart-in” by some very angry Bernie supporters after eating a LOT of beans and it will stink to high heavens!
Cleveland vs Philly.
So far, Cleveland 98.7% quiet.
Got to remember you are dealing a “dry heat” on the east coast, it is both high heat and humidity which makes things very uncomfortable.
Correction, dry heat out in CA.
"Bikers for Trump" helped to keep the protesters in check in Cleveland. There will be no equivalent presence in Philly. Also, Philadelphia has a new liberal mayor, Jim Kenney, who is a Bill DeBlasio wanna-be.
