If we needed another reminder of why it matters who is elected president and who gets to pick the replacement for Justice Antonin Scalia is important, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg reminds us. In statements to CNN and the New York Times, Ginsburg called presumptive GOP presidential nominee a “faker” and warned of the danger of a Trump administration to SCOTUS and the country. As ABC News reported:
"He is a faker," Ginsburg said of Trump on Monday on CNN. "He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego... How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that."
She also told the New York Times that a Trump presidency would be unimaginable for the country and the Supreme Court.
"I can’t imagine what this place would be -- I can't imagine what the country would be with Donald Trump as our president," she told the Times. "For the country, it could be four years. For the court, it could be -- I don’t even want to contemplate that."
She jokingly added that she would move to New Zealand if he were to win the election in November.

Ginsburg is trying to influence the election because she, like all crooked Democrats, fears Trump.
Ginsburg does not care about the law or the Constitution. All her decisions are political.
We need to elect Trump. He is the only one the corrupt Washington insiders fear.

She should resign. The court knows what she did was not just a matter of ethics but breaking the first rule of the court....”Thou shall not be political”.

Ginsburg fears Trump because she views the court as a tool for social engineering and knows that if he wins her replacement will not share her ideological bent.
This may TOTALLY BACKFIRE on Ginsberg and the entire Judicial Branch of government. In fact, she may have to resign because of it. Consider:

35 years ago Reagan’s team took office and they were directed to get the economy moving, and fast. So they went through everything that was shackling business and tried to clear it out. But they only had partial success, because the Dems IMMEDIATELY RAN TO THE COURTS to stop Reagan’s agenda. And they got ruling after ruling in their favor. At the time, the courts were considered an equal, and non-biased branch of government (obviously not true, of course), so Reagan was forced to defer to their rulings.
So Trump takes office next year and the Dems repeat by running to the courts - and the courts order Trump to stop trying get the economy moving. But now, thanks to Ginsberg, Trump can legitimately claim that they are no longer impartial, and are instead answering to the Democrat Party, and therefore he no longer has to respect their rulings.
That is why Ginsberg may be forced to resign, and it is also why the New York Times and the Washington Post told her to SHUT UP.
Fully agree, both sides of the aisle fear anyone that upsets the Status Quo. The media no longer talks about our “Leaders” in Washington but about our “Rulers”.
She knows she’ll likely die during his term and she as a rabid liberal idiot is doing everything she can to get a Democrat elected President so that she can pass on in liberal fashion, secure that the treachery continues.
Both Ginsberg and Kagan need to Shut Up! Kagen is also a rabid liberal slug. And a lesbian at that. Also, both of these scumbags could care less about out friend and ally Israel. Both Ginsberg and Kagen need to stay off the airwaves and be silent.
