A makeshift refugee camp has sprung up in Lake Como, the popular celebrity hideaway in Italy favoured by stars George Clooney, Richard Branson and Madonna.

Hundreds of migrants heading towards northern Europe have erected tents and flimsy dwellings around the exclusive town’s railway station.

To prove he's really the altruistic tolerant person he claims to be, he and his moose limb wife should invite a bunch of them into his estate. At least until the refugees can find someone to smuggle them north.

I spent 2 weeks there years ago on vacation. It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been and I am sickened by what is happening. Why are these refugees leaving their towns and sucking off the work others have done over the past centuries to make their homes a home? They need to stay in their own countries and better themselves there.
