You touch on an interesting point, in that, these cities lie in ruins for decades after riots. Some parts of Detroit have never recovered. Some big areas of the riot zone in Washington, DC have been redevoloped in recent years, but it took decades for that redevelopment to occur.

The Governor of Texas should go back to treating this crime in a normal way in terms of communicating with the public through press conferences concerning the investigation.
He should not be afraid to say what is being investigated/suspected, in general terms, in the pursuit of justice as soon as possible.
No tiptoeing around liberalism’s preferred criminal groups and inciters like the Nation of Islam and Black lives matter and what roles they may have played in inciting or committing the murders. He should dog this thing in the public’s eye to create outrage, if we ever want it to stop growing.
He should not allow Obama to take the investigation and bury it in the name of pursing secret justice which never comes to light. Also, Texas should remove these racist groups from education in the State and State universities that pursue the snowflake racism should have socialist studies defunded. Get Islam and tribal hate whitey and constitutional freedom studies out of all Texas schools. It’s like we are hosting a Klan with a tan and it is now killing people.
