So it’s a drone. Police used an armed drone to kill someone.
Like I said before, it’s genius. This guy wasn’t robbing a liquor store here. He had an entire city pinned down. Police shielded civilians (Even BLM members). The police weren’t bad here.
The thing i’m worried about is this technology becoming comfortable. Like Tasers did. Police use Tasers to get someone’s attention now. It’s totally out of hand.
So how long before I’m pulled over, my plates run, and the squad car deploys a robot to approach me because I’m a CCW holder ?
This method will be heralded as the best thing since sliced bread. LEO will be designing these robots to deploy more and more. It’s never a “This one time” thing.
Again, understand that I’m on PD side with this. They were pinned down in a war scenario protecting civilians. I heard it on their scanners. That happened.
But what’s next for killbots ?

We need clarification on that. Seems like he jumped out of a vehicle. Fired at police in the street. Danced around columns killing an officer point blank. Then tried to get into a school. Failed and ran into parking garage. From there he sniped on the officers on the street. Yeah sounds like a magic bullet. We do not know the woman’s role yet or what the other two perbs were doing. This guy seemed like the programmed fall guy. The two caught trying to escape were probably the professional handlers. Do not know their role yet. Looks like planning organization was a racist black power group.
As a CCW holder, who is more likely to kill you? A cowardly cop with an itchy trigger finger who's a couple feet away from your window, or a guy in a car 15 feet away talking to you through the loudspeaker of a drone?
Keeping cops out of danger is more likely to make the careless ones less dangerous.

All I know is ... watching that incident around the columns.. you can tell he had training. Most perps would hunker down... he aggressively attacked, and it caught that one poor officer off guard when the perp showed up around the column.

I heard a report last night that the murderer was NOT in a parking garage when he was killed. He was holed up in a building and cornered.
What I heard last night was CLEARLY an AK-47. I am wondering why we have not been told what type of firearm he used but the cops were clearly out-gunned and killing the suspect extremely difficult because he must have had Level 4, military grade body armor on.
