No, but ignoring 600 pleas for help and NOT providing increased security for the men in Benghazi should get a charge against her for intentional homicide!

As president, Hillary would rival Stalin ...She would unleash the dogs from hell upon her enemies, real and perceived.

I believe you're right.

As an absolute minimum, Comey should have recommended SOME FORM OF DISCIPLINARY ACTION based on the the WRECKLESS HANDLING of the email material which does NOT REQUIRE ANY DEMONSTRATED INTENT to prosecute or pursue.

This sucks — we knew the fix was in.

RIP for Comey’s vaunted “integrity”

Been calling him Corrupt Comey on this site for some time now.

He shouldn't just resign. He should be resign AND be prosecuted for corruption.

This is the same man who INVENTED a crime to prosecute Martha Stewart for. Who conned a jury into convicting her over the APPEARANCE of "insider trading". Ten months in prison at the hands of this smiling thug.

And he tells us that violation of 18 USC 793 is 'not prosecutable'?

Funny. I recall being told quite clearly what the consequences were.

They will be at the core of a revolt.

There can be no revolt (per the expectations of the founders concerning tyrannical government) without support and sponsorship of the individual state legislatures. The states (or acknowledged representatives) have to lead that effort. Otherwise, any action taken against the government by individuals or small groups there of is illegal.

But there is an Article in the Constitution that is TAYLOR MADE for our time and situation.

Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.

No mention of the Clinton Crime Family Foundation influence peddling angle. Is this a separate investigation or is it not being investigated at all?

You are correct and it is extremely important to consider what Comey actually stated in this announcement. He’s coming right out and admitting it.

“Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.”

In other words, nobody thinks they can get a jury to convict Hillary, especially if the trial is held in D.C. Then, incredibly, he states the following.

“To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.”

If SoCal Pubbie does this, or Oldexpat, we’re toast.

From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were “up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent.

That’s pretty damning. He wrote Trump’s commercials for him.

Pretty damning conclusion, even if no charges: "Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information."

That should give serious Democrats cause to worry. Do they really want to vote for a candidate who is "extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information."?

Comey:

"Despite a mountain of incontrovertible evidence that would indict every other mortal born since Eve plucked that apple and Cain slew Abel, I've been strongly advised by un-named reptilian sources whispering in my ear that Secretary Xlintoon can't be indicted.

"After all -- haven't we all been guilty of sloppiness, fibbing, or swiping a pencil or nickel that didn't belong to us? As my final statement -- let he who has not sinned cast the first crumbled $100 bill."

It has come to that state in our country where the ruling class have exempted themselves from all restraints legal and moral. They are now free to follow only their appetites and garner their precious money, perks and power. The rest of our nation, in their view, can go to Hell.
